Since you cannot lookup the code you should start testing your RAM and HDD.
You can use
Memtest for the RAM, you need to either burn it on a CD, put it on a FDD or go for the USB version.
The FDD and USB versions require a little knowledge of DOS to start it while with the CD you just have to boot of it.
Let the program do a couple of runs and see if it gives any errors.
To test the HDD (if the RAM isn't faulty) you need to know which brand you got, when you know that you can use the correct brands HDD test utility which are supplied on
Hiren's Boot CD.
Those two are a good place to begin.
