Download ESEA, fill in your steamID's.
Then if you open the program, you have to fill in the forms.

You can use the program for MIXING with people you don't know.
It's also good when you want to cheer up ^^.

You can use it for CS 1.6 / CS:S (maybe few other games)
If you want to play :

Open program> Double click on server > And typ in-game ".ready"
If 10 people joined (which will be fast on CSS)
You first can choose the settings that have to be loaded.

CAL / CEVO / ESL / etc
Then how the teams should be loaded.
Auto-Balanced / Skilled Balanced / Captains

Auto-Balanced = Auto-Balanced
Skilled Balanced = They look @ scores when you are warming up and balance it.
Captains = It'll pick randomly 2 guys , and they can choose 1 per 1 , their team

If everything is chosen , the game will RR 3 Times , and settings'll be loaded.

It's fun when you have 10 FM members, and you all join same server.
I tried it with friends. It's omfg FUNNY !

You play on ESEA servers, and players without the program ,CAN'T join the server
