Map Reviews - Official Thread


The idea of this thread is for you to "Review" a map and state why you think this map should be included on the last ciggy rotation. The number of players slots is irrelevant as I can edit the spawn points to 40 slots.


Please note that I shall be adding 1-2 maps per month (DE_ maps preferred) on the last ciggy once a map has been fully reviewed by members.

Please keep this thread to "map disucssion" only.

Pheer i think it would be better if u gave a list of the maps and we can comment each one individually in our post, also makes all the post have the same layout, minus the retarded spammers

I believe that the following maps would be good...
de_vegas lite...it is a good de map, large, even for both ct´s and t´s
cs_miami...it is large, good hossie rescue map, again, pretty even for both ct´s and t´s
de_nightfever...same as above

While on my, 2 hour (yes...twooo) lunch break on friday, i spent my time tucking into my curry, and sifting through loads of size-appropriate maps that i think should be considered / discussed in a view to being added.

Definitely. Personally I think it's one of the best maps there are, pretty huge too that'll fit nice on the server. Plus it's quite even for both teams.

apart from my post above.....

can we have de_kisamayo instead of the current cs_kisamayo please?
so T sided when cts have to resue as Ts generally camp and lock the map down.

Iv played the de_ version and its alot more fun
