Sometimes im sitting here thinking...... shall i play some CSS? maybe go onto teamspeak? maybe try and get into a clan. But then i think nah whats the point and bother. I love the game no doubt but sometimes you get bored of the things you love, maybe depression is a part of it. This game can rip and tear souls apart through its "gameplay" and yet we battle on for only a bigger obstacle to crush us.

I mean its not like i want to quit but seriously some days can only be filled by clearing my boredom with a game im becomming bored of.

Do you guys feel the same way sometimes?

haven't played CSS in over a month, and too be honest, i haven't missed it. Theres been times when i get a bit bored and try to play it, but i give up after a couple of rounds. The most annoying thing is knowing that you're getting shitter every day you don't play it, just getting rusty at it, and especially after not playing it for a month, im not at all what i was, game sense is there but just reactions, keeping a target degenerate rapidly personally

playing BFME with my mates in RL, playing SF with you guys from FM, and will be playing Oblivion some time soon when i get it, torrented some games, so its going to be hectic trying to fit in working on PONG with janne on top of decemeber being the heaviest drinking month of the year and needing to work on some vids, i've got more on me plate to worry about than source

Its obviously a good game, just take a break and play something else, you'll soon miss it

ive seen so many people say "im quitting CSS" and theyre back playing again in weeks - if it means that much that you have to make a big statement about it then no chance

the end is like what your sayin atm

you just stop bothering, you stop playing, and you silently slip away and then one day someone thinks "oh anyone else remember that guy?" but thats about it

tbh i'm not bored of the game itself, what i'm bored of is my inconsistency at it, and the way you can be good 1 second and then get battered by people who dont know their arse from their elbow the next

but yeah, when people stop playing CS its cos they move on, not because of pressures - people who quit for that always seem to come back

I had a two month gap where i dint play CSS because it got so boring and stressfull, I have only just starting to play again. Iv been/am playing Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142 and its a nice change of pace.

on top of the fact that source is one of the most buggy glitchy games you can play on the net, stress levels are all over the place, fuck being in a serious clan if you cant be arsed, just join a clan of your mates and be happy just being shit
