Future of fm! sapphire 1.6

there will be no future with me as a leader!
im sick and tired of it and i have more important things to do than thinking 24/7 about a clan and makin all members happy, so that no one will leave again.

i wouldnt say i failed again as a leader. i did my best and the last weeks, im sorry if i wasnt that active like i used to be, but all clanmembers know what happend there.
i ve learned alot and i didnt rage or whine like i did in the past.

this clan ( need to deal with fragmaster) will be renamed just to fragmasters 1.6 and it will run as a not super serios clan again, like fm.inc.
ofc, i dont want noobs in the clan, my idea is to build a superstrong lineup for assault maps.
fragmasters allways was a assault maps community for 1.6 and we should show again how to play that map at ed costum maps and hostage maps ladder.
we also will play some pcws or friendlys on de maps if we want it.

short: its gonna be a clan like fm.inc was, but not open for everyone.
i dont want to lead a team with the name sapphire in it anymore, as it makes things to serios.

i really lost my motivation due several reasons to lead a serios (wannabe serios team) and i think its really bullshit, if u someties have the feeling just not connect to vent or turn steamfriends on, coz u know there will be trouble and inactivity again.
i hope you respect this decision.

im sorry for all clanmates esp. roy and adr....its allways bullshit to join a clan wich folds after some days, but i think its about time to realise that it didnt work and we all shall split on a good note.
good luck in the future for every single one of you, you are all great players and im sure you will find or build a new clan.
all members except smiley will be deleted from the roster now, as i dunnu who wants to stay. if u want to stay, i will be more than happy to add you back.
