lag issue

im sure its deff not me cauze i check everything be4 postin here..

i got a major lag @ fm since saturday, 120+ ping.. the overal pings are a bit higher then normal but mine really sucks right now and i cant play

.. its only @ fm.. can some1 have an explenation?

had same prob two weeks ago.. i only deletet viruZand deleted spyware...
