People complaining about my fps.

Last time i joined some guy got angry because i was playing with a "high" fps. he said that it makes me look abit laggy. so my questions are:
Does it make any difference?
And is it legall too play with 100+ fps at fm?
Does developer 1 slow u down?

Nope, cause im allways playing with a ping below 60. So he might know how people are looking when there fps is higher then standart :s

Max fps at counter strike 1.6 is 100. You cant get more then that, at source you can but not cs o.O

And the guy must have been retarded, prolly didnt know what he was talking about, ur rates can be to low or ur ping to high, which will cause people to miss you, making you a more difficult target to hit.

u get bigger fps drops when u have ur fps max set to 300, which is not good :/

Well i think that it does a big difference cause i think its going more "smooth".

If you want your fps too get increased then:
Go main screen at computer, right click and choose "ati or nvidia settings".
then you find something called "vertical sync" then make it "Force off".
then open cs and type in console "Developer 1" and "fps_max 250", "net_graph 1" if you dont know how too open then "fps counter".

i think theres a difference, but you be the judge?
