no its on 1 maybe its a server problem but dont think so

download the map there and put it in ur maps folder

C:\Programme\Steam\steamapps\accountblablablabla\c ounter-strike\cstrike\maps

i used to get this a lot with maps on london galore and then it just stopped happening,try the old deleting the clientregistryblob thingy and see if that helps.i dont know wtf stopped it happening for me but it may have been this tried and tested solution.

if you cant download the map from the server then that just means the ftp is down.
