ppl are supposed to buy a new account since the old 1 is deleted or blocked or ... (fill in).. if they buy a new account they r able 2 ¨play again on the server, i thought it was up for the admins to decide weather the new account is allowed at the server.. since they paid for it again, they might let him.. or just not COZ CHEATING SUX!
