WTF FIREFOX!

Since the last update all my links are gone

Anyone knows how to fix it?

When you mean your favorites, then cry, and add them manually back.
Last time i formatted my pc, installed firefox again all links and configs had gone 5 times in 3 days...

edit: i knew its wrong to update to ff3, this search thingy whilest typing in the url is teh sucks, not to forget the skin looks shit

Change the skin then, lazy :P

Also that's not correct firefox has always and still does make backups of your bookmarks configs scripts in fact pretty much everything.

You should be able to find all the information you need here:

I only use firefox when i need to use firebug. Normally i use safari, its a lot nicer imo.

Go to Favourites and Organise bookmarks, then file then Export so it doesnt happen again, when you have got them back.

then if this happen again, import.

Thx, after reading that i now know that i may should use a profile for ff, and i have to make these backups manually as there is no backup even the site says ff does nearly 5 a day...

I've downloaded Mozilla Firefox 3.

Seems to be ok. the only annoying this is that favourite access is too long for me. im lazy

internet explorer 7 had favourites on the side which was quick access. other than that very good. nice 1.
