Leaked Warhammer 40K: Space Marine Footage

Im not one for 3rd person shooters , but the cinimatics look excelent and gameplay and enviros look solid. I dont know what systems it will be out on but im guessing it will be a multiple console game. Imo its a smart move by GW to attract even more electronic gamers to the 40k universe.

Looks absolutely awful :/

The entire point of the game seems to be based around those crap finishing moves

I don't need to, it's going to be awful if it's anything like what they've shown in that demo. I'm sure some people will enjoy it but i prefer depth to games personally.

Yes, it is actually. But it's in a slightly different manner because it's an online game. I play CS:S because I enjoy talking to people on vent etc etc etc.

Not really my kind of game and I see prisk's point about the lack of depth, although it is very early so hopefully if they work on that a bit more it could be a decent game, one thing is certain it will sell by the bucketload if for nothing else other than the ip.

Dont know if you guys have seen also but theres a WH40k MMORPG in the works I'll pick the link up later and post it.

Guys i know warhammer appeals to stratigic gamers first but if i know anything about 40k i know the designers will be able to make the game interesting. Think about it: all that clip shows is a space marine going in a room and walking down stairs. Im guessing there will be more than that!
