Physical or Mental Stress

ok so is Physical or Mental Stress worse ? whats your opinion.

ive experienced both,physical in all my jobs up to 1 1/2 yrs ago and mental from then and i have to say that hands down mental stress is the worst imo.

Funnily enough I'm a student scrounger like baha and don't get stressed.

I'm a very lucky boy, I have seen everyone get stressed over exams for the past 18 years of my life, when I have never felt examination stress. Its so good because I go into the exam room with a clear head when everyone else is shitting bricks.

I think its because at the end of the day I know even if I failed exams its not the end of the world, I couldnt really give a shit cos I take life 1 day at a time (cue baha getting the sack now...)

Physical stress on the other hand I have had for the last 3 weeks. Since I got my results my body has been in constant pain from alcohol drinking, late nights, followed by work during the day.
The last 2 nights I have also had to pull all nighters at work on top of working full days, due to readings for my experiments needing to be taken in the early hours. I am in very much pain right now and I'm nodding off constantly

Mental stress is clearly the worse to suffer from, it has a wide range of symptoms some of which cause problems for you that can elevate stress and form a vicious circle of symptoms which can be very hard to break, and without help can destroy lives.

I like yourself have suffered with both and still do to an extent although learning over the years to cope with various strategies has helped an awful lot, in todays society there are very few people who can claim not to have suffered at some time in there life.

Mental stress, had some 1 year(or more) ago, made me getting quite alcohilc which directed to physical problems/stress...tho its gone mostly

And milkyboy, your physical stess comes from your age

(i know i riding on the age joke like baha on his mates, but like him i can't stop it, its way to much fun XD )
