The Site...
Add vent list whos online to it somewere as a page

Forums
bigger margin left and right of forums ie more padding just a little
Remove Random Thumbs move to site maybe..
Remove recent uploaded pics.. move to site also..
Re-orgianise navigation (top) its all over the place.
Remove the 1/2/3/4/5/ page links at the bottom. why are they even there Search Engine Optimization?
Create propper banner/header for forums and mirrow on site. etc

Fragmasters in general.
Define logo and idenity and branding - Yakk :P

shorten round time.. insanely long..
More Admins.. very few admins, at the moment and if they are on they are all on together what about other times of the day.
Put map extend by 10 mins to the bottom of the options list.
Change server restart from 6pm! to like some time mid morning like 6am?
lower rtv and ban and votekick numbers by 20% so it doesn't take 20 votes it takes like 15 or so..
Fix buuy bug so that max of 6 awps can be on the map at anyone time.. throwin awp in air cts/ts can have 5/6 a side sometimes

I agree that map vote needs to be lowered slightly, but I like the random thumbs on the forum!

I think Silent made a very good point about the FM identity and branding.
Fragmasters needs a specific logo I think, it doesn't even have to have 'fragmasters' on it, but it just needs to be something that people will see and automatically associate with FM.

I also agree with most of the other points.

had a chat with Yakk last night online.. and we defo agree on the branding etc.. but also most of the other points... But one very valid point came up.. lets wait till i34 is done and dusted a lot on at the moment etc

but once its over ill be back on the case!!!!
