I agree with the fragmasters image point, currently we have lots of different banners and there is no defined image of FM for the website/forum or the servers, definatly need a logo/bannerthat represents FM as a gaming community and have that on the forum/website/steam community page and maybe a new welcome image on the servers with different images on them such as a heavy for the tf2 servers welcome page etc. More references need to be made on all the servers such as in the adverts there should be an advert like ' Play 1.6, CSS, TF2, DODS on Fragmasters' aswell as an advert asking people to join the fm steam community page on steam.

Exactly, it needs to be court ruled to be a copyright.

tbh, i think ph33r needs to copyright fm! as anybody could use the name, and nothing would happen. Where as, a simple copyright and tm gives ph33r the rights to the name (tm) and everything associated with fragmasters (C)

So..ph33r could then sell fm's name and intellectual property for alot of money

"Fragmasters" would be easier to copyright than "fm!", or am i wrong?

the logo thing is the biggie on there, (for me) its not easy to get a good logo, we have been going back and forth with this for over a year, if anyone does have any serious ideas pm them, we should have a "design a logo" thread to get the help of the community, it worked for the banners

hmmm thats give me an idea...

lets run a competition or something... that will defo get all good designers etc onboard..
A decent prize that designers would like... monitor/gc or something.. cause to do get a branding done it would cost $1000's

I should point out that i do graphic design and web development etc for a living... clients include. companys like opel,carphonewarehouse. I love FM but ive hardly anytime on my hands.. ill try and do something this week if i get a chance... but we could put a panel together as a judges etc.. ph33r, yakk etc etc etc... and get every ones input...

But defo would be a good idea... but remember this is a lot... A LOT of work...

But there are other things on that list that could be done now.. :P

Just give em forum cash for it like duke did. To be honest a lot of people would enter in the hopes that their logo would forever be the fragmaster's logo. I certainly would.

last year or so fm had a "win 1 million fm bucks" for the banners and got ALOT of responses, surely it can work for the logo
