Help! New Monitor

Well basically I'm looking for a new monitor, finally getting rid of this big bastard box thing and getting something slim. Thing is I really don't know that much about what I'm looking for so this is probably the best place to ask.

I'm looking for a 22" and under £200. I've had a browse on Ebuyer and there is so much choice but I don't want to waste 200 quid on a piece of crap.

This one looks good and from what I've heard samsung make some of the best LCDs atm... its got 2ms response time so thats about as good as you can get i think...

that 1 sounded cheap sage untill i read it was 5ms xD and the one badass linked you to is 2ms and only something like 25 quid more, hmm.
