    Default Anyone else out there?

    Its a big question

    Life on other planets?

Possible yes statistically but are there actually any?

Will humans ever actually make contact with other lifeforms?

    Or are we all alone....

In my opinion there is life on other planets for sure.

But the main questions i usually ask to myself when i think about it: what is their level of progress? are they just bacterium or fishes or animals? are they civilized? do they have technology?

I hope that in the next few years (i mean 10 or 20) we'll be able to travel to other planets in the solar system, and in the future to other systems too.. and the contact is statistically unavoidable..

    yalla yalla dude

That does bear a very interesting thought... what stage they are at, but also, are there stages more advanced than us?

Either they're more advanced then us and simply destroy us for a new hyper-expressway or we - the humanity - have us ourself killed before meeting any life out there.

I think there's something out there, but there's no way we'll even come close to making contact in any kind of perceivable future

Thinking on a scientific level, there has to be life, if our planet is the only one that could form, bacterium began to grow, atmosphere formed, new oxygen rich life forms growing and evolving then id be surprised.

However, you have to ask yourselves that is other planets central stars (like our sun) hot enough and produce the same amount of radiation / same gravitational pull as our own? factor that into it, and maybe other stars dont posses the same qualities as our sun to support life, as each star is different. Apart from that, you would have to consider that our solar system doesnt attract any black holes or spacial anomalies that emit negative energy, dark matter, destructive radiation ect, so we are able to be "left alone" to develop rather than be bombared with the previously said.

Id like to think that there is others out there, but we have to think about the possibility of them seeing us as "aliens" and maybe beng hostile, or maybe even more powerful / more inteligent.

In my opinion, it is highly possible there is life on another planet, afterall we're just one planet out of a possible infinate amount... I guess we'll only know for sure when we build better rockets/scopes.

Oh and they found bacteria on mars.

No doubt in my mind that not only is there life out there, there is life at various stages of development, the vastness of space is unimaginable and unfathomable by our minds and to think our planet is the only one with life would be foolish.
