Banned with no reason at all

Hi, I was just playing on your payload server and around 10:52 I was banned, all I did was change my name while I was in game to my sons game name Un1uKy, my in game name was PsyKo, there was no reason given just go to a website mywebsite.net or something of that nature, I have never cheated or ever will, I literally just changed my name and I was gone..
